For many moms, food can be a love hate relationship. You might know you need to eat healthy, but with the busyness of life, it might be easy just to order out (again). With 3 boys of her own, Shauna's spent the last 8 years empowering moms to take back their kitchens, make food fun (and stress-free) all while feeding their families well. Forget mom guilt. Bring it on!
Working with moms the past 8 years, Shauna's found a common theme - Many moms are stressed out, tired and are missing a key ingredient to a healthy, thriving life - having fun. We'll be sharing so much goodness around self care, self worth, relationships, and so much more. More details coming soon.
After experiencing her own mental and physical breakdown from the birth of her third son, Shauna began a healing journey.
Working with natural healers, trauma therapists, Shaman's for the last 7+ years, she discovered the root cause of her burnout. One that was so simple, yet completely changed the trajectory of her life.
She found that there were so many moms experiencing what she went through that she's been on a quest to help moms get their spark, fun and spunk back. All while doing this one simple and radical act - take care of oneself.
Shauna's the founder of The Inner Workings Movement, Rockin' Mom's Kitchen, The Kickstart Cleanse and has been featured in Whole 30, Whole Foods & Simple Green Smoothies.

"Shauna is such a rockstar at helping you make small steps to big results. My life can feel like it’s in overdrive sometimes and as a busy mama I don’t always prioritize myself. Shauna’s small, helpful, and actionable steps help make it feel so much more manageable. She’s so real, down to earth, and truly cares about the people she works with. So grateful for her and her work!"
